We know all the clichés - change is constant, AI is disrupting all jobs, especially project manager, or your job is already obsolete. There is no end to all the pundits that claim they know the changes but really can't define what they are. This session is different - it will highlight changes that are in flight and how they will "disrupt" the profession and what you can do to emerge as a transformed project manager.

Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: (1) Utilize the PMI Talent Triangle® to distinguish how skills are the defining attribute for a project professional and how you fit in; and (2) Discuss the requirements regarding the project manager of the future.
