#610 - Listening Techniques for Requirements Elicitation 🎤/ 🎬

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Studies have shown that incomplete requirements are a major cause of project failure, and this is partly due to the fact that a lot of information required for project success is embedded in the minds of people. This session highlights a key skill in requirements elicitation - active listening. Participants will be able to learn how to draw out undocumented requirements and business rules from stakeholders. In addition, the year 2020 has been fraught with a lot of challenges impacting the way people receive information. We will share techniques to elicit requirements successfully.

Learning Objective:
At the conclusion of this session, participants will be able to: Utilize active listening techniques to elicit requirements successfully.
